Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end joining process, ensuring all employee records and legal documents are meticulously filed and updated.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and facilitate pre-employment formalities.
- HR Administration: Oversee daily attendance tracking, leave management, and the digital/physical maintenance of personnel files.
- Payroll & Reporting: Support the preparation of payroll data and generate HR reports to ensure 100% accuracy of employee information.
- PRO Liaison: Coordinate with Public Relations Officers and administrative teams for visa processing, medicals, and other labor-related documentation.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and routine workplace matters.

🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of HR experience within Manufacturing, Construction, or Steel Pipes sectors (Mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of UAE Labor Laws and standard HR operational practices.
- Environment: Ability to thrive in a plant-based or operational work environment rather than a typical corporate office setting.
- Joining: Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal coordination abilities.
