Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Border HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR functions for employees in the UAE and UK, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including global sourcing, screening, and localized onboarding.
- Policy Development: Support and implement HR policies and procedures that align with both business goals and regional legal requirements.
- Employee Relations: Handle performance management, conflict resolution, and provide general HR advisory to staff.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation with high levels of confidentiality.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and long-term HR strategy.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- CIPD Level 5 certification (minimum) or an equivalent professional HR qualification.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to both operational and strategic functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of both UAE Labor Law and UK Employment Law.
- Strong recruitment background and excellent stakeholder management skills.
