Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for a growing construction contractor in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee all HR operations and manpower forecasting for management and project review. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law while managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and site-based personnel. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction HR Management and a proactive approach to organizational development. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function and provide strategic operational support to senior management.
  • Manage large-scale recruitment for multi-project workforces across Dubai and the wider UAE.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration, and employment regulations.
  • Implement robust HR policies, governance frameworks, and performance management processes.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and HRIS systems for personnel records, leave management, and benefits coordination.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years in a formal management role.
  • Strong background in the UAE construction sector, managing large or multi-project workforces.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and visa/immigration procedures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on operational excellence and conflict resolution.
  • Must be based in the United Arab Emirates and capable of supporting complex project delivery.
