Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation in compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour regulations.
• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and employee engagement.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters, and employee records.
• Support the recruitment and retention of drivers, operations staff, and other transport-sector employees.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Advise management on HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the Transport, Logistics, Fleet, or related industry.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, workforce management, and HR systems.
