Job Description:

The HR Manager will lead and oversee the Human Resources function, managing the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Manage payroll, WPS, leave administration, attendance, and end-of-service benefits.
• Coordinate MOHRE, visa, work permit, and other government HR processes.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
