Job Description:

  • Manage daily workforce operations, medical staff administrative files, and comprehensive institutional support protocols smoothly.
  • Ensure absolute operational alignment with UAE labor laws, hospital bylaws, and specialized healthcare regulatory frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinating medical staff credentialing, onboarding tracking, and visa documentation pipelines.
  • Maintain highly accurate employee files and specialized human capital databases, protecting complete clinical confidentiality.
  • Assist in employee relations programs, managing internal grievance reviews and monitoring periodic performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate efficiently with clinical directors and nursing supervisors to log internal staffing needs and departmental requirements.
  • Support the systematic implementation of newly updated hospital human capital policies, operational standards, and work rules.
  • Assist with automated attendance logging, corporate leave management adjustments, and monthly payroll data coordination loops.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a matching fully accredited organizational science discipline from an authorized institution.
  • Verified, high-performance professional history running an operational desk within specialized hr jobs networks, with recent, mandatory experience operating within the UAE healthcare sector or private hospital systems; immediate readiness to onboard is treated with top corporate priority.
  • Advanced workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities configuring tracking tables, processing staff numeric lists, and organizing database metrics inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • UAE Labour Law frameworks, statutory civil employment decrees, public holidays tracking, and terminal compensation formulas.
    • HR operations in healthcare sector environments, DOH/DHA licensing terminology, clinical verification files, and medical shift logic.
    • Employee relations and documentation practices, formal compliance letter writing, contract archiving, and audit trail setups.
    • Recruitment and onboarding processes, talent sourcing strategies, professional credential mapping, and corporate induction paths.
    • Attendance and leave management systems, biometric logging tools, specialized rotation trackers, and localized tracking logic.
    • HR compliance and reporting procedures, institutional file auditing, operational metric tracking, and medical regulatory standards.
