Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our UAE team. This role is designed for a professional who enjoys a mix of administrative precision and people-focused interaction. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from initial recruitment to performance Management, while ensuring our operations remain fully compliant with local regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires and manage all essential employee documentation and filing.
  • Maintain highly accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and updated personal details in the HR system.
  • Support essential HR administrative processes, including employment contracts, visa renewals, and amendments.
  • Coordinate and support Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) and annual appraisals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies across all HR functions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and respond to daily HR-related inquiries.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle administrative tasks with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and local employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation toward employees.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude in a dynamic working environment.
