Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage in-house payroll cycles, including complex calculations, deductions, and monthly WPS (Wage Protection System) submissions.
- Attendance Tracking: Oversee employee attendance and leave management systems to ensure accurate data for salary disbursements.
- Lifecycle Management: Supervise the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to structured offboarding procedures.
- Terminal Benefits: Prepare accurate final settlements, including Gratuity (End-of-Service) and terminal benefit calculations as per UAE Labor Law.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all HR operations and payroll activities remain 100% compliant with the latest UAE federal labor regulations.
- Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive HR and payroll reports for senior management review and audit purposes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven UAE experience specifically in combined HR and payroll functions.
- Legal Expertise: Strong, up-to-date working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Ethics: High level of integrity with a demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential employee and financial information.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
