Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter Admin to manage our full-cycle recruitment and essential administrative functions. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can balance high-volume hiring with specialized niche recruitment. You will be responsible for the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring that OurShopee continues to attract top-tier talent while maintaining meticulous HR records and reporting standards in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle diverse hiring needs, ranging from bulk volume recruitment to specialized technical or management roles.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to define manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain highly accurate recruitment databases and comprehensive HR administrative records.
  • Perform core Human Resources administrative duties to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel functions for HR analytics, tracking project health, and generating detailed reports.
  • Govern multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience within the UAE (Mandatory).
  • Proven track record in managing both high-volume hiring and specialized executive searches.
  • Strong command of MS Excel is a mandatory requirement for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Must currently be available in the UAE for immediate or short-notice joining.

Working Schedule & Salary:

  • Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 (Higher benchmarks available for exceptionally experienced candidates).
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Working Days: 6 days per week.
