Job Description:

An internal corporate growth vacancy is open for a result-driven, proactive HR Recruiter to take absolute charge of property sales talent acquisition and headhunting operations. Based out of the central office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this human capital professional will drive the entire sourcing lifecycle, build strategic commercial pipelines, and implement targeted employer branding initiatives to secure top-tier luxury property professionals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, talent onboarding strategies, and structured assessment processes for real estate sector roles.
  • Source, pre-screen, and shortlist highly competitive property professionals based on precise commercial department profiles.
  • Conduct initial competency interviews and structurally coordinate final hiring selection activities with division heads.
  • Maintain deep, high-value talent pipelines and active professional candidate pools for current and upcoming corporate expansions.
  • Support employer branding projects and digital recruitment marketing efforts across modern social networking platforms.
  • Ensure highly efficient, time-bound candidate sourcing processes that align directly with corporate revenue milestones.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct professional recruitment experience, gained exclusively within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
  • Deep fundamental understanding of property brokerage hiring practices, high-commission agent sourcing, and regional talent behaviors.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, candidate negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform effectively and hit strict hiring quotas within a high-pressure, fast-moving real estate office environment.
  • Strong organizational, event scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination capacities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent mapping tools driven by modern Information Technology assets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited higher education university.
