🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the complete hiring cycle for multiple departments within the brokerage.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify high-caliber candidates using premium job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and internal referral networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to shortlist candidates that align with the company’s performance culture.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a reliable database of active and passive real estate professionals for future needs.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline the interview process.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience specifically within a Dubai-based real estate brokerage.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai property job market and local hiring trends.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
  • Capacity: Proven capability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality.
