Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Assist with the end-to-end management of HR documentation and the maintenance of confidential employee personnel files.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding lifecycle for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, orientation, and workspace readiness tasks are completed.
- Training Coordination: Organize internal training schedules, track attendance, and coordinate with department heads to ensure staff development goals are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, updating employee databases and ensuring data integrity.
- Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries, facilitating smooth communication between staff and management.
- Admin Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR Manager, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HR, Administration, or Training support within the UAE market.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR documentation practices and employee record-keeping standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is an advantage.
