Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for an ongoing project in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can implement health, safety, and environmental policies for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, performing risk assessments, and ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor comprehensive HSE policies across our Ras Al Khaimah project sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry safety standards to meet management and legal requirements.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams regarding safety training, awareness sessions, and incident reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools for accurate documentation of safety protocols and compliance audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Certification in Engineering or HSE from a recognized academic institution.
• Proven professional experience in construction or landscaping projects within the UAE.
• Strong background in management of health and safety procedures, hazard identification, and site enforcement.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE safety practices and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to enforce standards in a performance-driven environment.
• Immediate availability is strictly mandatory for this role.
