Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Implementation: Monitor and maintain world-class health, safety, and environmental standards across brownfield project sites.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to ADNOC safety regulations and international ISO standards.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough hazard identifications and risk assessments (HIRA) tailored to live operational environments.
- Incident Investigation: Lead or support formal incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Audit & Inspection: Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Leadership: (For Manager/Engineer levels) Mentor site teams and lead safety briefings to foster a zero-harm culture.
🔹 Requirements:
- Brownfield Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience in Oil & Gas brownfield projects for all levels.
- HSE Manager (15+ Years): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/HSE; NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certificates required.
- HSE Engineer (10+ Years): Bachelor’s degree or Diploma; NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and ISO Lead Auditor certificates required.
- HSE Officer (6+ Years): Degree or Diploma in any discipline; NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications are mandatory.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of incident investigation protocols and practical exposure to UAE safety standards.
- Certifications: Additional specialized safety training or HSE certifications will be considered a strong advantage.
