Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee the complete employee lifecycle and support comprehensive HR functions for management and regulatory compliance performance review. You will be responsible for recruitment processes, visa-related procedures, and ensuring full adherence to UAE labour laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Labour Law Compliance, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition and a proactive approach to maintaining organizational confidentiality. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle to meet management and exit formality standards.
- Support organizational integrity in Dubai, managing recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding with 100% precision in HR recordkeeping.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal stakeholders to facilitate professional organizational coordination of engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, internal policies, and performance management activities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRIS systems to support payroll processes and track visa-related documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in end-to-end HR operations with deep knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
- Strong background in management of recruitment, onboarding, and employee file documentation.
- Professional background in education regarding HR best practices, multitasking abilities, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and work efficiently in Dubai.
