Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the organization’s construction and engineering objectives.
- Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and final settlements.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Workforce Planning: Coordinate with project managers and operational teams for multi-site workforce optimization and manpower mobilization.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Department Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of HR staff to ensure high-quality administrative support and record-keeping.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 10–15 years of total HR experience, with a mandatory 8–10 years within the UAE.
- Industry Background: Proven experience specifically within contracting, construction, or engineering companies is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.
- Professional Credentials: Highly preferred certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of MOHRE procedures, visa processing, and UAE Labour Law.
- Scale: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, blue-collar and white-collar workforces across multiple project sites.
