🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of organizational, departmental, and individual learning gaps.
  • Program Design: Develop and deliver impactful training modules and workshops that align with workforce development goals.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the coordination of learning calendars, training venues, and digital learning platforms.
  • Career Pathing: Support the design of employee development plans (EDPs) and long-term career progression frameworks.
  • Impact Evaluation: Utilize models to measure training effectiveness and assess learning outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate tracking of training data, policies, and professional certification records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience in Training & Development within the UAE.
  • Language: Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred to support organizational communication.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience within Government or Non-Profit sectors in the UAE is considered an added advantage.
  • Expertise: Solid understanding of modern employee development models and adult learning frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is strictly mandatory.
