Job Description:
We are seeking three dedicated and passionate HR professionals to join our growing team in Dubai. These roles are critical for managing our expanding workforce and ensuring that our people management strategies align with our ambitious business goals. From talent acquisition to employee relations and payroll coordination, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day HR operations that support a thriving corporate structure. We are looking for result-driven practitioners who have a sound understanding of the local market and the leadership qualities necessary to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Open Positions:
- Assistant Manager – Recruitment: Requires an MBA and 4+ years of specialized recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Senior Executive – Human Resources: Requires an MBA and 3+ years of comprehensive HR operations experience.
- Executive – Human Resources: Requires an MBA and 2+ years of generalist HR experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, talent acquisition strategies, and comprehensive manpower planning for various departments.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee record maintenance, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll coordination, ensuring all attendance and compensation data is processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Laws, ministerial decrees, and corporate policies.
- Act as a primary liaison for employee relations, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the Management team to develop organizational growth policies and performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate with IT for the maintenance and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Partner with Engineering and operations heads to fulfill specialized technical staffing requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory: MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in the UAE as per the level of the position applied for (2–4+ years).
- Practical expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and proactive manpower planning.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and local compliance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- A result-driven mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate within a multicultural team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and modern HR administrative tools.
