Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC QA/QC Engineer to join our project team for ongoing energy sector developments in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can implement QA/QC procedures and manage technical inspections for management and project quality review. You will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installations, including ducting and chilled water piping, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Quality Assurance Processes and a proactive approach to identifying non-conformities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain HVAC QA/QC procedures to meet management and ADNOC performance standards.
- Support engineering integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site consultants to facilitate professional organizational reporting and team coordination.
- Conduct rigorous inspections of HVAC systems, including ducting, CHW piping, and insulation, to ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and engineering documentation systems to track quality safety standards and corrective actions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience specifically in HVAC QA/QC within Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong background in management of QA/QC documentation processes, including ITP and site reporting.
- Professional background in education regarding ADNOC standards, technical ducting, and chilled water system insulation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong communication skills, and manage immediate joining requirements in Abu Dhabi.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment inspections and project requirement compliance.
