Import Logistics Coordinator – Dubai, UAE | Kahraman Agro

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the entire import lifecycle, managing activities from the point of origin through international transit to final delivery at the Dubai facility.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and meticulously review all essential import documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), and Certificates of Origin.
• Customs Compliance: Act as the primary lead for UAE customs clearance, ensuring all shipments adhere to local import regulations and customs laws.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor real-time shipment statuses and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies to ensure raw materials reach the factory on schedule.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align delivery schedules with manufacturing requirements.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive logistics records and reports for internal tracking and official regulatory audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in logistics, specifically within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of UAE import procedures, Dubai Customs protocols, and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and solve logistical challenges under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with global suppliers and internal departments.
• Aptitude: Proactive, organized, and focused on operational flow and efficiency.
