Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join our academic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our inclusive framework, requiring a professional who can provide individualized support to students with additional learning needs for management and academic review. You will be responsible for applying inclusive teaching strategies aligned with the UK curriculum, supporting student engagement, and promoting inclusive education practices throughout the school. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Special Education and classroom management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized academic and emotional support to students with varying learning needs across our Dubai classrooms.
• Apply inclusive teaching strategies aligned with the UK National Curriculum to meet management and student achievement standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and academic staff regarding inclusive practices, student progress, and staff development.
• Support student participation and confidence while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and educational resources for efficient curriculum delivery and inclusive learning.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in teaching and special education is mandatory.
• Strong background in management of inclusive classroom environments and student engagement.
• Professional background in education or training regarding the UK National Curriculum (IGCSE/A Levels).
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to making a real difference in students’ lives.
• Previous UAE experience is highly preferred for this professional role.
