Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate insurance claims from initiation through resolution.
- Liaise with claimants, insurance adjusters, service providers, and internal departments.
- Review insurance claims and verify all supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Track claim status, monitor case progress, and conduct timely follow-ups to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records and update claim-related data in claims management or CRM systems.
- Ensure claims are handled in line with insurance policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of insurance claim procedures, documentation requirements, and policy coverage verification.
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask, manage high-volume workloads, and maintain accurate records.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
