Insurance Claims Coordinator – Dubai, UAE | Dynamic Logics

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate insurance claims from initiation through resolution.
• Liaise with claimants, insurance adjusters, service providers, and internal departments.
• Review insurance claims and verify all supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Track claim status, monitor case progress, and conduct timely follow-ups to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records and update claim-related data in claims management or CRM systems.
• Ensure claims are handled in line with insurance policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of insurance claim procedures, documentation requirements, and policy coverage verification.
• Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask, manage high-volume workloads, and maintain accurate records.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
