Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Internal Auditor for Operations to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our manufacturing framework, requiring a professional who can oversee operational processes and enhance production efficiency for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for performing detailed audits across production lines, evaluating workflow effectiveness, and ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and a proactive approach to risk identification. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed audits across various production lines to assess operational effectiveness and material utilization across our UAE facilities.
- Evaluate workflow processes and identify inefficiencies to meet management and cost-reduction goals.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and quality assurance teams regarding safety training, hygiene standards, and compliance audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 regulations throughout all stages of manufacturing.
- Utilize digital Information Technology for accurate verification of production documentation and comprehensive audit reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in operational auditing, manufacturing audits, or food production environments.
- Strong background in management of food safety standards, batch record verification, and operational risk assessment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to recommend practical solutions for process improvement.
- Prior experience within the FMCG industry in the UAE is highly preferred for this professional role.
