Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our growing operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can manage IT systems and hardware infrastructure for management and operational review. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system performance, providing technical support to internal teams, and maintaining high standards of data security. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Network Administration and hands-on expertise in the construction or real estate sectors. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure across our Dubai facilities.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues to meet management and departmental uptime standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams regarding system security, data protection, and regular software updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure business continuity in real estate operations.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools for network monitoring, cybersecurity, and hardware lifecycle management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in IT administration, specifically within the Real Estate or Construction sectors.
- Strong background in management of network infrastructure, data security, and troubleshooting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding system updates and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the immediate availability to join our professional team.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
