IT Specialist / IT Admin Support – Dubai, UAE | Noor Al Mamzar Medical Centre

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Assistance: Deliver prompt and effective support for hardware, software, and complex network-related issues to ensure zero downtime.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, medical-specific peripherals, and office IT equipment.
• User Management: Create and manage user accounts, enterprise email systems, and role-based access permissions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, software bugs, and system crashes with high efficiency.
• Security & Backups: Maintain strict data security standards, perform regular scheduled backups, and ensure all systems are updated with the latest security patches.
• System Support: Provide continuous support for internal Health Information Systems (HIS) and other company-specific medical applications.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Hands-on professional experience in an IT support, IT administration, or similar technical role is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot diverse hardware (workstations/servers) and software problems.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Security Mindset: Familiarity with backup processes, firewall management, and IT security best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical medical staff.
