Jr. Accountant / Sr. Accountant – Dubai, UAE | Perfume Manufacturing

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including the preparation of detailed MIS reports for senior management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with IFRS standards, UAE VAT regulations, and the new Corporate Tax requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to maintain healthy liquidity.
• Manufacturing Costing: Support budgeting activities and implement cost control measures specific to the perfume manufacturing process.
• Payroll & WPS: Process monthly payroll activities in full compliance with UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.
• Audit & ERP: Coordinate internal and external audits and manage financial data within ERP systems like Tally or MS Dynamics.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Inter CA, Graduate, or Post-graduate in Accounting/Finance. Professional certifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA) are a strong advantage.
• Experience: 4–7+ years of relevant accounting experience; prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Dynamics, or similar ERP software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax laws.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial for understanding inventory and cost accounting.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to work within structured financial processes.
