Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core fiscal administration department and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Junior Accountant to support daily bookkeeping pipelines and manage structured ledger validation tracks in Dubai. Configured for systematic accounting specialists who possess an advanced operational command of electronic spreadsheet tracking and excel at maintaining pristine supporting files within fast-paced heavy machinery trading environments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating invoice processing velocities, auditing operational transaction paths, and maximizing compliance metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the systematic preparation of monthly corporate financial statements, ledger entries, and detailed management reports.
  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital accounting records, tax documents, and transactional file histories systematically.
  • Process incoming commercial invoices, customer payment files, and employee operational expense reports with high accuracy.
  • Reconcile multi-currency bank statements, corporate credit cards, and key supplier accounts on a rigid, recurring schedule.
  • Support high-velocity month-end and year-end ledger closing activities, assisting senior controllers with data preparations.
  • Support general accounts payable (AP) processing loops and accounts receivable (AR) aging ledger follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure absolute alignment with internal company financial procedures, administrative policies, and regional commercial regulations.
  • Coordinate efficiently with diverse internal sales yards and logistics departments to collect necessary transactional supporting files.
  • Help ensure the continuous, accurate, and timely logging of all corporate financial transactions across integrated accounting books.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a directly matching commercial business field from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an accounting desk, managing transaction books, or running sub-ledgers, with preferred priority consideration provided to candidates demonstrating functional background experience within the heavy piling machinery, construction equipment trading, or general industrial logistics sectors.
  • Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities structuring lookup tables, managing numerical data validation loops, and formatting transaction spreadsheets inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Microsoft Excel capabilities, pivot tables, lookup formulas, and structured financial data sorting methodologies.
    • Accounting principles and practices, double-entry bookkeeping rules, revenue recognition, and debit/credit ledger allocation logic.
    • Financial reporting procedures, trial balance preparations, balance sheet tracking, and basic compliance verification paths.
    • Accounts payable and receivable processes, billing reconciliation, customer credit checks, and collections tracking systems.
    • Bank reconciliation procedures, multi-bank statement auditing, cash book balance updates, and transactional discrepancy diagnostics.
    • ERP system usage and database concepts, digital record archiving, tax filing documentation rules, and structured corporate audit trails.
  • Outstanding corporate communication talents, sharp structural troubleshooting habits under tight month-end reporting schedules, complete mathematical attention to detail, and a deeply collaborative professional attitude.
