Junior Accountant – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Account Finalization: Assist in the end-to-end process of finalizing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Maintain precise digital ledgers for various client portfolios, ensuring all transactions are correctly categorized.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations to identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
• Audit Support: Prepare necessary schedules and documentation to support senior auditors during client engagements.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting entries align with IFRS and UAE financial regulations, including VAT documentation support.
• Communication: Coordinate with clients to gather financial data and clarify transaction details with professional interpersonal etiquette.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Background: Mandatory 1 to 2 years of experience within a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm (India or UAE experience).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in the finalization of accounts and a strong grasp of the full accounting cycle.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for client interactions.
• Availability: Candidates must be available in the UAE and ready for an immediate start.
• Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa (Husband/Father sponsorship or Freelance) are highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
