Junior Accountant – Dubai, UAE | MQube Interiors Carpentry LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books of accounts and handle all daily accounting entries with high precision.
• Transaction Management: Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers while assisting with AR/AP cycles.
• Financial Reconciliations: Support monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Tax Documentation: Assist in the preparation of VAT-compliant documentation and filings in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) laws.
• Audit & Reporting: Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors; participate actively in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Records Management: Ensure professional organization, filing, and secure documentation of all financial records and contracts.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; previous experience in the UAE is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational habits, and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
