🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Bookkeeping: Handle routine accounting tasks, including data entry of invoices, expenses, and bank transactions.
  • Software Management: Utilize Tally and QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date digital financial ledgers.
  • Audit Assistance: Support senior accountants and auditors in preparing schedules and documentation for periodic audits.
  • Reconciliations: Perform basic bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports in line with UAE accounting standards.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain an organized filing system for all physical and digital financial records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Must be a B.Com graduate with a strong academic foundation in commerce and finance.
  • Technical Skills: Practical working knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Prior exposure to an auditing or accounting firm is considered a significant advantage.
  • Core Knowledge: A sound understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and practices.
  • Attributes: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset.
  • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
