Job Description:
Kinetics Group is seeking motivated UAE Nationals to join our finance team as Junior Accountants in strict alignment with UAE Emiratization initiatives. This role is specifically designed to provide high-potential Emirati graduates or entry-level professionals with hands-on experience in daily accounting and corporate financial operations. You will play a vital role in supporting the overall financial workflow of the organization, ensuring that every transaction reflects our commitment to accuracy and transparency. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles who is eager to build a long-term career in Dubai’s dynamic financial services sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily accounting tasks, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support comprehensive expense tracking and coordinate with the Human Resources department for payroll processing.
- Assist senior management in month-end closing procedures and the preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with the internal finance team to maintain strict compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and accounting software to digitize and streamline financial data entry.
- Participate in internal audits and support the team in maintaining robust internal controls.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial summaries.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory: Must be a UAE National (Emiratization Role).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Sound understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and a high level of technical aptitude for learning accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire for professional development and career growth.
