Job Description:

The Junior Accountant will manage vehicle procurement cost comparisons, support tender bids, execute fleet expense tracking, maintain ledgers, and report financial summaries under finance management in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle purchase cost comparisons, asset depreciation analysis, and operational expenditure tracking.
• Assist in preparing cost proposals, tender submission files, and financial bid documentation.
• Monitor, track, and coordinate commercial contract renewals, vendor terms, and procurement schedules.
• Execute expense monitoring routines, variance analysis, and internal cost control measures across fleet operations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, balance sheets, and data-driven management summaries using MS Excel.
• Maintain structured physical and digital accounting files, ledger entries, and operational receipts.

🔹 Requirements:

• Male candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately as requested by the employer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within transport, fleet, or automotive industries.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, large dataset management, and numerical analysis.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles, tendering procedures, and procurement documentation.
