🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Floral Arrangement: Create a variety of floral designs including hand-tied bouquets, boxed arrangements, and centerpiece decorations.
• Flower Care: Perform daily maintenance of floral stock, including trimming, hydrating, and monitoring temperature to ensure maximum freshness.
• Design Implementation: Assist the senior design team in executing floral themes for events, weddings, and retail displays.
• Workspace Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.
• Inventory Support: Monitor the quality of incoming flower shipments and assist in organizing the cold storage area.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in floral arrangement and bouquet making.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and specialized flower care techniques.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with a strong eye for color, texture, and modern floral design trends.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, the ability to work neatly under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
• Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa are preferred, though visa sponsorship can be arranged for the right candidate.
