Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and DOH-licensed Junior Physiotherapist to join our expanding clinical team. This role is specifically designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about evidence-based rehabilitation and manual therapy. You will gain extensive hands-on experience by managing a diverse range of musculoskeletal (MSK) and post-operative cases. Under the guidance of senior clinicians, you will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their functional goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual therapy as a primary treatment method for various physical conditions.
- Manage musculoskeletal (MSK) cases using evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Design and implement specialized post-operative rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct sports injury assessments and oversee targeted recovery plans.
- Perform thorough functional assessments to develop individualized treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with DOH standards.
- Collaborate with the Management and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related medical field from a recognized institution.
- Valid DOH (Department of Health) License or eligibility letter is mandatory.
- Strong foundational knowledge in MSK, anatomy, and general rehabilitation practices.
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills and the ability to perform accurate patient assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a supportive clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Current residence in the UAE or readiness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
