Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This role is a perfect entry point for someone looking to build a career in the high-end hospitality sector. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a lasting first impression, managing guest flow, and providing seamless administrative support. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on interaction and possesses a natural flair for customer service. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and a professional, polished demeanor.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and information requests.
- Assist guests with inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area at all times.
- Support the broader team in daily administrative tasks and basic office management duties.
- Contribute to a positive overall guest experience by anticipating needs and providing timely assistance.
- Liaise with the Management team to communicate guest feedback and operational updates.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding front-desk attendance logs and staff shift coordination.
- Communicate with the Engineering or facilities team to report maintenance issues within the guest lobby areas.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in Hospitality or a related field.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Motivated, reliable, and a strong team player who is eager to learn and grow.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with booking systems and MS Office.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate.
