Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten (FS2) Homeroom Teacher to join our team in Ajman, with a scheduled start date in May 2026. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engaging lessons for management and academic review. You will be responsible for homeroom management, curriculum delivery, and supporting the foundational development of young learners. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in British Curriculum Early Years and a proactive approach to student progress and classroom discipline. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and manage FS2 students as a homeroom teacher to meet management and learning outcome targets.
• Support academic integrity in Ajman, ensuring 100% data integrity in student progress reports, lesson plans, and classroom documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic staff to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the British curriculum while maintaining effective communication with parents regarding student growth.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and classroom systems to optimize student engagement and professional academic reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a recognized Teaching Qualification plus a Mandatory Early Childhood Education Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within a British Curriculum school in the UAE.
• Strong background in management of classroom discipline, child development strategies, and parent relations.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and inclusive teaching methods.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a nurturing attitude, and strong communication skills (Native English speakers preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard British school in Ajman.
