Job Description / Role
Available Opportunities:
- Kitchen Commis: Support the Chef de Partie in daily mise-en-place, station setup, and the execution of classic Italian dishes.
- Pastry Commis: Assist in the production of Cipriani’s signature desserts, ensuring consistent texture, flavor, and presentation.
- Pastry Demi Chef: Lead specific pastry sections, oversee junior staff, and ensure all baked goods meet the brand’s rigorous quality benchmarks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Execution: Support daily food preparation and service, adhering strictly to authentic Italian recipes and Cipriani standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, ensuring that every dish leaves the station perfectly prepared.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Follow strict HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines to ensure a pristine and safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the broader culinary team to manage high-volume service periods efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring fresh ingredients are rotated correctly.

- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or a related hospitality field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knife skills and a solid foundation in basic cooking or pastry techniques.
