Labor Coordinator – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Mobilization: Coordinate the timely deployment of workers to various steel project sites based on client-specific requirements.
• Timesheet Management: Accurately record and maintain daily and weekly timesheets to ensure precise payroll and client billing.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between client site managers and the workforce to resolve coordination gaps.
• Site Supervision: Monitor labor attendance, on-site discipline, and productivity to ensure work quality meets project standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify and settle on-site labor issues or grievances promptly to maintain morale and prevent project delays.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to UAE safety regulations and site-specific PPE requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Mandatory UAE experience in manpower supply or the steel fabrication/construction industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is essential for effective communication with the workforce and management.
• Leadership: Must possess a confident, commanding presence and the ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
• Availability: Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to balance labor needs with strict client deadlines.
