Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Site Measurement: Perform high-precision land surveying activities specifically for roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
- Instrument Operation: Expertly manage and operate modern surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS (GNSS), and Auto Level.
- Data Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate survey layouts, topographical maps, and detailed technical documentation.
- Plan Interpretation: Review and interpret project blueprints and survey data to ensure site works align perfectly with design specifications.
- Site Coordination: Work in close collaboration with site engineers and supervisors to provide real-time staking and alignment support.
- Quality Compliance: Conduct regular checks to ensure all measurements and site conditions comply with project safety and quality standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience specifically within roads and infrastructure projects.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced practical knowledge of modern surveying instruments and their calibration requirements.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting survey layouts and preparing “as-built” drawings.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a large-scale project team under site conditions.
- Communication: Strong coordination abilities to relay technical survey data to construction crews effectively.
