Land Surveyor – Dubai, UAE | Engineering Consultancy

Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and construction surveys in accordance with project requirements.
• Perform setting out for buildings, roads, and various infrastructure works.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain precise survey records, drawings, and technical reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and local authority standards.
• Experience in setting out works, site surveys, and preparation of as-built surveys.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey-related documentation.
