Job Description:

The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for identifying training needs, delivering engaging learning programs, supporting employee development, and contributing to organizational excellence through effective coaching and performance improvement initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and design or deliver effective training programs.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Prepare, organize, and manage training calendars and schedules.
• Deliver presentations and facilitate engaging learning sessions.
• Gather training feedback and recommend improvements to learning programs.
• Support organizational development and operational excellence initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Valid experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Training Delivery, and Performance Improvement.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate training activities effectively.
• Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
