Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our operations across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our supply chain framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end logistics functions and identify new business opportunities for management and revenue review. You will be responsible for supervising inventory processes, leading warehouse teams, and enforcing SOPs aligned with company policies. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Operations Management and an existing client network within the UAE. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation and distribution across Dubai and the UAE.
- Supervise inventory control and warehouse staff to meet management efficiency and accuracy standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and procurement teams regarding team leadership, SOP enforcement, and safety protocols.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams and expand the company’s client base.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and warehouse management systems (WMS) for cost control, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or 3PL sectors.
- Strong background in management of large-scale warehouse operations and strategic business development.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE logistics regulations and market dynamics.
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
