Logistics Supervisor In-Charge – Dubai, UAE | Airbest Express Cargo LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations, overseeing both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Customs regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Execute hands-on operations using Calogi (e-freight) and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) platforms.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, shipping lines, and external government authorities.
• Maintain smooth operational flow and resolve any logistics disruptions or documentation issues.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in the freight forwarding sector.
• Expert knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation.
• Direct experience with Calogi and MOFA operations is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-coordination skills.
• Ability to lead operations in a fast-growing and dynamic cargo environment.
