Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair essential food service equipment including fryers, ovens, tandoors, exhaust units, chillers, and freezers.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to urgent breakdowns and restore equipment functionality quickly.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Maintain accurate documentation, repair logs, and equipment service records.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a restaurant or QSR setting.
- Practical knowledge of refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and electrical components.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Available for on-call support during emergencies.
