Job Description:
A leading Dubai organization is seeking an experienced Managing Accountant for a senior-level finance leadership position. This role is fundamental to our multi-entity operations, requiring a professional who can oversee complex financial environments across various business structures. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, lead audit processes, and ensure strict adherence to DIFC compliance regulations. We are looking for a visionary financial controller with a strong background in management who can support board-level reporting and strategic decision-making. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of accounting operations, financial reporting, and multi-entity bookkeeping activities.
- Lead both external and internal audit processes while ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements for management.
- Manage high-value payment processes, cash flow planning, and international fund movements efficiently.
- Coordinate with investors and stakeholders regarding financial performance and strategic reporting requirements.
- Ensure total adherence to DIFC regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and mandatory KYC procedures.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll compliance and executive compensation accounting.
- Utilize Information Technology and Xero software to automate financial workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering or asset management teams for complex capital expenditure auditing.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional accounting experience specifically managing LLC and FZE structures.
- Strong expertise in DIFC compliance regulations and corporate governance practices.
- Proven technical proficiency in Xero accounting software and advanced IT tools for finance.
- Expert background in management of audits and strategic cash flow oversight.
- Professional background in education or training related to international financial standards is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive sales support through financial intelligence.
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance integrity.
