🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Develop and execute aggressive strategies to acquire corporate clients for project management and recruitment services.
  • B2B Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with senior decision-makers, including HR Directors, Project Managers, and CEOs.
  • Digital Outreach: Plan and manage professional LinkedIn outreach campaigns and email marketing initiatives to reach high-value prospects.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor Dubai’s recruitment and consultancy trends to identify emerging business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Brand Positioning: Elevate company visibility through consistent, professional, and high-quality marketing communications.
  • Performance Tracking: Work toward strict monthly and quarterly targets, focusing on lead conversion and high Return on Investment (ROI).

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related management field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of marketing or business development experience, specifically in recruitment, consultancy, or project management in Dubai.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE B2B sales cycle and local market dynamics.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Arabic is a major advantage.
  • Mindset: A proactive “hunter” mentality with a drive to achieve measurable, target-based results.
