Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is designed for a results-driven professional capable of spearheading our marketing initiatives and elevating our brand presence within the competitive FMCG sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of marketing strategies, from campaign planning to execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in retail marketing and the leadership skills necessary to manage multicultural teams while navigating the unique dynamics of the GCC market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue for hypermarket and supermarket divisions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor impactful marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on GCC market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Management team to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to coordinate internal branding and staff engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the Engineering and facilities teams for large-scale in-store signage and structural branding installations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all promotional expenditures.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, media agencies, and external partners to enhance brand reach.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of solid experience in hypermarkets, supermarkets, or the FMCG sector.
- Strong and mandatory understanding of GCC market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analytics software.
