Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer specialized in swimming pool construction to join our Dubai team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can effectively manage site operations and coordinate with stakeholders for management and technical performance review. You will be responsible for supervising all mechanical works, ensuring projects align with approved designs, and monitoring daily progress to meet milestones. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Construction Standards and MEP Engineering Practices and a proactive approach to site coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all mechanical works related to swimming pool projects to meet management and technical specification targets.
- Support engineering integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in project execution according to industry standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site contractors to facilitate professional organizational reporting and timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and address technical on-ground challenges.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and engineering guidelines to maintain rigorous quality control and safety compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related professional field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience specifically within swimming pool construction projects.
- Strong background in management of site activities, technical specifications, and multiple stakeholder coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE engineering standards, safety guidelines, and pool filtration systems.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a mandatory UAE Driving License, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the capability to support a high-standard engineering firm in Dubai.
