Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a specific focus on the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through high-quality lead generation. This role requires a technical expert who can navigate digital advertising platforms to maximize ROI while working on-site at our Abu Dhabi office.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics daily to generate actionable insights and improve lead quality.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across various property listings and projects.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align advertising copy and visuals with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends in the UAE real estate industry to adjust bidding strategies and audience targeting.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for Management, highlighting cost-per-lead and conversion rates.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven professional experience as a Media Buyer specifically within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital advertising algorithms and platform-specific tools.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality, convertible leads through optimized campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
