Medical Laboratory Technologist – Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Specialized Testing: Perform complex and specialized laboratory analyses across multiple departments including clinical chemistry, hematology, and immunology.
• Result Validation: Ensure the precision and accuracy of all test results through rigorous validation protocols before final reporting to clinicians.
• Quality Management: Implement, maintain, and monitor comprehensive internal and external quality control programs within the laboratory environment.
• Instrumentation: Operate and perform routine maintenance on advanced automated laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including biohazard waste management and laboratory sterilization procedures.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage patient data within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid professional license and have demonstrated experience performing complex diagnostic tests.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of advanced laboratory techniques, biochemical principles, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Expertise: Solid background in Clinical Chemistry and Hematology is essential.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on delivering error-free medical data.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and ensure smooth laboratory operations.
